
UW PARTNER INCENTIVES
A UW Partner earns money by referring customers to UW and helping them switch services. They receive upfront commissions for each new customer they sign up, along with ongoing residual income based on a percentage of the customer's monthly bills. Additionally, they have the opportunity to participate in exclusive incentive events.
Partner incentives include a variety of benefits and experiences, such as a new iPhone, a chance to dine at an amazing restaurant, or a memorable day-out experience. To engage and motivate the Partners, it was essential to create a fun and exciting suite of emails that captured their attention while staying true to the brand.

THE BRIEF
For our first two incentives, we had the exciting opportunity to promote a "Night to Remember" experience at The Making of Harry Potter at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour in London. Additionally, we offered a smaller incentive, featuring free cinema tickets for an Odeon Luxe movie experience of their choice across the UK.
As we were collaborating with two other brands, we had to follow their brand guidelines while ensuring our design stayed true to our own identity. The biggest challenge, however, was creating a bold and fun design language that would captivate and engage our Partners, while using the insights gained from our email redesigns.

THE OUTCOME
By incorporating elements and the accessibility features of the new email design system, I was able to create a bespoke experience that was visually appealing, cohesive, and easy to navigate, all while staying true to UW's aesthetic by utilizing more of the core and secondary colour palettes. This not only made the emails more engaging for the partners but also enhanced their overall experience with the Incentive.
During the design process, I was not limited by the guidelines of the brands we were promoting for the two incentives. This freedom allowed me to create custom illustrations which also aligned with UW's illustration style.

OTHER DELIVERABLES
Building on the success of the Partner incentives and our continued use of the standard Partner email suite, we gained valuable insights from the data and engagement received from the incentive emails. This allowed me to create bespoke emails whenever we needed to announce major updates to our partner network.
This creative process wasn’t limited to email communications, it also extended to social and print deliverables, where the same design principles were applied to create engaging, tailored visuals, all while maintaining key design elements that make UW instantly recognizable to our Partners.
